Refunds & droit de rétractation

1. Free trial (before any charge)

Every module has a 14-day trial with no card required. If you do not confirm the subscription within 14 days of activation, the module stops connecting to your Lodgify account automatically — nothing is charged, nothing to refund. This trial period is distinct from the statutory droit de rétractation described below.

2. Droit de rétractation (consumers only)

Consumers subscribing from the EU benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal starting on the day the first payment is charged, per Code de la consommation Art. L221-18. To exercise, send an email to support@blastnes.org with subject "Rétractation" and the invoice reference. A full refund is issued within 14 days of receipt, using the original payment method, per Art. L221-24. No reason required.

Per Art. L221-25, consumers who expressly requested that the service start during the withdrawal period (which happens when you actively use a module in the first 14 days) may be invoiced pro rata for the actual days used — full refund of the remainder still applies.

3. Company subscribers (B2B)

The 14-day droit de rétractation is a consumer right and does not apply to legal entities per Code de la consommation Art. Liminaire. However Blastnes voluntarily extends a 7-day money-back guarantee to first-time company subscribers: cancel within 7 calendar days of the first charge and we refund in full, no questions asked.

4. Standard cancellation (any time)

Any module can be cancelled at any time, one click from your account. Access remains until the last day of the paid month; no early-termination fee, no reactivation fee if you come back later. The next billing cycle is skipped automatically.

5. Refund on service unavailability

If a specific module is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in a given month due to Blastnes infrastructure (not Lodgify's Public API downtime), the Subscriber may claim a prorated credit or refund for that module. Requests must be sent within 30 days to support@blastnes.org with the incident window.

6. How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method — card refunds appear within 5 business days, SEPA within 3, and company-invoice refunds are handled by wire transfer within 14 days of receipt of the correct bank details. VAT is refunded together with the principal.
