Fifteen questions we hear over and over.
If your question is not here, write to support@blastnes.org — we answer within four business hours during weekdays 09:00–18:00 CET.
Is Blastnes a Lodgify product?
No. Blastnes is an independent French SAS building third-party add-on modules for hosts who already use Lodgify. We are not owned by, funded by, or resold through Lodgify GmbH. We integrate with your Lodgify account only through the official Lodgify Public API.
How do I sign in?
Click 'Lodgify Login' at the top right. You'll be redirected to lodgify.com to authorise Blastnes. Lodgify returns a scoped Public API token back to us — your Lodgify password never touches our servers. Same flow as any OAuth login you're used to.
Which Lodgify plans work with modules?
Every plan that includes Public API access — Starter, Professional, Ultimate and Enterprise. If a module needs the Channel Manager add-on active, its product page explicitly says so before you buy.
How is billing structured?
All modules are monthly, prorated to the day of activation. First charge on the 1st of the following month. Card, SEPA direct debit or company invoice (net-30). Every payment produces a compliant invoice with TVA FR 74 928471653 downloadable from your account.
Can I cancel a module mid-month?
Yes, one click from your account. You keep access until the end of the paid month; no claw-back. New buyers also have the 14-day droit de rétractation under French Code de la consommation Art. L221-18 — full refund if you change your mind.
Does Blastnes store guest data?
Only what a specific module needs, for as long as it needs it, per RGPD Art. 5 minimisation. Cleaning Coordinator keeps cleaner phone numbers; Guest ID Verification never touches ID scans (they live only at the certified KYC provider). Everything else stays inside your Lodgify site.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Module-side data is purged 30 days after cancellation. Invoices are kept for 6 years per French Code de commerce Art. L123-22. You can request early deletion of everything except invoices via dpo@blastnes.org.
Where are your servers?
Scaleway EU-west (Paris and Amsterdam). RGPD-compliant by design. Data does not leave the EU unless a specific module you enabled requires it — for example, Data Warehouse Bridge writes to a warehouse in the region you specify.
How do you handle Lodgify API rate limits?
Modules use an internal token pool with backoff. If Lodgify rate-limits us, each module falls back to a longer polling window and logs the delay in your account. Sync Sentinel is deliberately read-only and rate-limit-aware — it will never contribute to a rate-limit incident.
Can I run several modules on the same Lodgify account?
Yes. Every module is scoped to specific Lodgify endpoints (Rates, Availability, Guests, Bookings, Channels). Running Autopricer, Guest Message Templates, Sync Sentinel and OTA Reconciliation together is a common set-up and the modules do not conflict.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every module has a 14-day trial with no card required — you sign in with Lodgify Login and pick which to try. If you don't confirm after 14 days the module simply stops touching Lodgify. Not to be confused with the 14-day droit de rétractation, which applies to paid subscriptions.
What about groups of properties under one owner?
One Lodgify account can host many properties, and modules see all of them under a single subscription — no per-property fee. For agencies managing multiple Lodgify accounts we offer a multi-account console (contact support@blastnes.org).
Can I book a walkthrough before buying?
Yes. The walkthrough page books a 20-minute screen-share with Amélie (Head of Support) who will show the exact modules that fit your portfolio. Weekdays 09:00–18:00 CET. No pitch, no follow-up campaign.
Do you offer support in French?
Yes — Camille, Amélie and Sophie all speak native French. Support email support@blastnes.org replies in the language you write in. Phone +33 1 84 25 78 40 is answered in French or English.
How do you handle security incidents?
Any incident affecting personal data is reported to the CNIL within 72 hours per RGPD Art. 33 and to affected users the same day. Our security posture is documented in the DPA (Data Processing Agreement) and audited annually by a third-party assessor.
