Your Blastnes account
To reach your account, sign in with the same Lodgify Login you use for lodgify.com. Once authenticated, four sections are available: Modules (enable, disable, configure), Billing (invoices, payment methods, VAT details), Team (invite colleagues to view or manage), and Change log (every action taken on your Lodgify site by any module, timestamped, exportable).
What the modules section shows
Each installed module has its own row with a status indicator (green: healthy, yellow: rate-limited by Lodgify, red: disconnected), the Lodgify endpoints it currently touches, and a one-click disable button. Disabling a module stops it from calling the Lodgify Public API within 60 seconds. Data collected by the module is kept for 30 days after disabling in case you re-enable, then purged.
Billing and invoices
Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage. All invoices carry the Blastnes Retail SAS legal footer (SIREN, RCS, TVA FR 74 928471653). Invoices are downloadable in PDF and PDF/A-3 (Factur-X compliant for French chorus-pro workflow) and are kept for six years per Code de commerce Art. L123-22.
Team management
You can invite colleagues with three permission levels: viewer (read-only), operator (enable/disable modules, edit configuration), and admin (billing, cancellation, team). Every action is logged in the change log with the actor's email. Invited colleagues sign in with their own Lodgify Login — they do not need a separate Blastnes password.
Cancellation
Any module can be cancelled from its row. Cancelling all modules cancels the Blastnes subscription — no separate close-account step. Access remains until the last day of the paid month; no exit fee. Data purged 30 days after; invoices kept for the statutory six years.
