Cleaning Coordinator watches your Lodgify calendar and turns every gap between a check-out and the next check-in into a scheduled cleaning task. Cleaners get an SMS or WhatsApp with the property address, access instructions and the exact window they have — plus the smart-lock code if you use Nuki, TTLock, August or Igloohome.
The module integrates with your Lodgify account via the official Lodgify Public API using your Lodgify login. It reads bookings and unit details only; it writes nothing back to Lodgify. Task completion is confirmed by the cleaner replying to the SMS with a photo, which is stored for 30 days and then deleted.
Sits alongside your Lodgify site and does not replace it. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. For portfolios above 40 units the module also supports per-cleaner assignment rules based on postcode and property size — enough to run a small housekeeping operation without a separate app.
